• On-Site Estimate: An estimator visits your property to measure the deck, porch, balcony, or staircase and evaluate the layout. From there, we prepare a detailed quote based on the design, dimensions, and installation requirements of the project.
• Approval and Deposit: Once the quote is approved, we collect the deposit and move the project into production planning. This allows us to schedule the next steps and begin preparing the railing system for fabrication.
• 3D CAD Design Review: When a design review is needed, we create 3D CAD drawings that show how the railing will look on your property before fabrication starts. You can review the layout, request revisions, and approve the final design before materials are cut.

• Professional Installation: Once fabrication is complete, our crew installs the railing system on-site and checks that every section is secure, aligned, and built to code. The goal is a finished installation that looks clean, functions properly, and fits the structure the way it should.
• Project Completion: The railing system is reviewed with you to confirm that the installation is complete and matches the approved design. We close out the project only after that final check is done.
